The Hotel Finisterra is a fantastic mid-range oceanfront hotel perched on a hill overlooking the town of Cabo San Lucas at the tip of the Baja peninsula. Although the beach at the Hotel Finisterra is not safe for swimming (strong undertow), it is perfect for strolling. The Hotel Finisterra will temporarily close the following areas for annual maintenance July 1–September 30, 2010: Il Porto - Marina View Rooms, Blue Marlin Restaurant, Whaler Watcher Bar, business center & the gym. The Palapa Beach Club Bar & Grill will remain open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Complimentary wireless internet service is available in the lobby and at the Palapa Beach Club Bar & Grill.
